The HXF5 flame retardant single exhaust valve product integrates a flame arrester and a single exhaust valve. It is a new type of safety equipment that is essential for petrochemical storage tanks. The flame retardant single exhaust valve has good performance, light weight, and convenient maintenance. This product is suitable for storing Class A oil products with a flash point below 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60 ℃, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, toluene, ethanol, aviation oil, food oil, and other medium storage tanks. It works normally in temperature environments ranging from -29 ℃ to 60 ℃.

Repair and maintenance

1. The corrugated flame retardant layer should be regularly removed and cleaned within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole on the flame retardant layer is unobstructed, prevent blockages, and ensure safe and normal use.

2. Regularly check whether the ventilation positive valve disc is flexible and whether the contact seal between the guide rod and the valve disc is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.

When inspecting, maintaining, and reinstalling, it is necessary to ensure that all mating surfaces inside the valve are tightly matched and that the valve disc can be lifted and lowered flexibly.

When starting a new valve, the shock absorber of the valve disc should be removed before installation, otherwise the valve will fail.

5. Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.

6. The HXF5 flame retardant single exhaust valve must first open the oil measuring hole before normal oil intake.
