1、 Introduction to fluorine lined breathing valve products
According to the standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises" (GB50160-90), Fixed top tanks for Class A and Class B liquids should use flame arresters and breathing valves. It can be seen that breathing valves and flame arresters are indispensable facilities for storage tanks. They can not only maintain the pressure balance of the tank, ensure that the tank is not damaged in overpressure or vacuum, but also reduce the volatilization and loss of the medium inside the tank. Breathing valves are energy-saving products that maintain the pressure balance of the tank and reduce the volatilization of the medium, and are often used in conjunction with flame arresters.
The fluorine lined double nozzle flame retardant breathing valve has the characteristics of compact structure, large ventilation, small leakage, corrosion resistance, and good sealing performance. Recently, a high-level fluorine lined breathing valve (HXF-IZ type) has been developed. The flame arrester is located at the intake of the breathing valve, preventing fire sources from entering the breathing valve housing. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, easy maintenance, cleaning, and replacement.

3、 Maintenance and upkeep of fluorine lined breathing valve
1. After the respiratory valve products arrive at the construction site, if they are not temporarily installed or undergo factory overhaul or maintenance in the future, they should be stored in a warehouse with rainproof facilities. The respiratory valve series products should not be inverted during transportation.
2. The breathing valve series products should be inspected on the top of the tank once a month to check for dust and dirt on the valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, valve sleeve, and other parts. If there is any, it should be cleaned thoroughly: wipe the transformer oil on the valve sleeve and valve stem every six months.
3. The flame retardant layer of the breathing valve of the flame arrester should be checked every six months. If any stains or impurities are found blocking the flame retardant layer, the flame retardant layer should be removed, the corresponding solvent should be used to clean the stains, and then the flame retardant layer should be cleaned with clean water. After ventilation and drying, it should be placed inside the shell.
4、 Instructions for ordering fluorine lined breathing valves
Please indicate the size, operating pressure, and material of the fluorine lined breathing valve when placing an order. When other standard flanges, materials, or operating pressures are required, please indicate them when placing an order.
