The HXF7 flame retardant single exhaust valve with connecting pipe is a ventilation device fixed on the top of the storage tank. To ensure the normal pressure inside the tank, prevent damage to the storage tank caused by overpressure, and also reduce the loss of liquid volatilization inside the tank. Suitable for storing Class A oil products with a flash point less than 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with a flash point less than 60 ℃, such as gasoline, benzene, kerosene, light diesel, thick oil, and chemical product storage tanks with similar properties.
According to the "Fire Protection Design Code for Petrochemical Industry" (GB50160-92), "Fixed top tanks for Class A and B liquids should be equipped with flame arresters and breathing valves." However, the single type of breathing valve products in our country cannot meet the needs of various departments in the petrochemical industry. In order to solve the above problems, our company has designed and developed the HX series of new products. This product has the advantages of multiple types, complete specifications, compact structure, light weight, large ventilation capacity, and small leakage. The products have single exhaust valve, single suction valve, breathing valve, and various structural types can be combined with flame arresters, and the required connecting pipes can also be configured .

The selection of flame retardant category is based on "HGJ21-89", and the selection of IIA or IIB level is up to the user.
Manufacturing and Inspection Standards:
Manufacturing acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with standards such as SY/T0511.1-2010 and GB5908-86.
Note: The flange connection adopts HG20593, PN1.0MPa, and can also be manufactured according to other standards such as HGJ, JB, ANSI-B16.5, JIS, etc. according to user needs.
Maintenance and upkeep:
In order to ensure that the performance meets the purpose of safe use, regular (3 months) inspections and maintenance should be carried out;
1. Check if the pressure valve disc operates flexibly and if there is any damage to the contact surface between the guide rod and valve sealing ring.
2. When reinstalling the pressure valve disc, ensure that the contact surface is tight and the guide rod can be lifted and lowered flexibly.
3. When using a new one, the shock absorber of the valve disc must be removed.
