The ZFQ-1 all-weather explosion-proof flame retardant breather valve integrates a flame arrester and a breathing valve. It is an essential new safety equipment for petrochemical storage tanks, with good flame retardant breathing performance, light weight, and convenient maintenance. This product is suitable for storing Class A oil products with a flash point below 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60 ℃, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, toluene, ethanol, aviation oil, food oil, and other medium storage tanks. It can be used in conjunction with hydraulic safety valves and works normally in temperature environments ranging from -29 ℃ to+60 ℃.

Repair and maintenance

To ensure the normal use of ZFQ-1 all-weather explosion-proof flame retardant breathing valve.

1. The corrugated flame retardant layer should be regularly removed and cleaned within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole on the flame retardant layer is unobstructed, prevent blockages, and ensure safe and normal use.

2. Regularly check whether the positive and negative valve discs for ventilation are flexible, and whether the contact seal between the guide rod and the valve disc is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.

When inspecting, maintaining, and reinstalling, it is necessary to ensure that all mating surfaces inside the valve are tightly matched and that the valve disc can be lifted and lowered flexibly.

When starting a new valve, the shock absorber of the valve disc should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.

5. Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.

Before the breathing valve can operate normally and feed oil, the oil measuring hole must be opened first.
