Performance:

Maintenance and repair:

To ensure that the performance of the jacket breathing valve is fully utilized. The breathing valve should be inspected and maintained within six months.

1. Check if the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc move flexibly, and if there is any damage to the contact surface of the guide rod and valve sealing ring.

2. When reinstalling the pressure valve disc, it should be ensured that the contact surface is strict and the guide rod can be lifted and lowered flexibly.

When starting a new valve, the shock absorber of the valve disc should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.

5. Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.
