Main uses
This valve is used to install the main safety equipment on fixed top tanks such as crude oil, gasoline, kerosene, light diesel, aromatics, etc. It plays a role in evaporative loss and protecting the tank from damage under overpressure or vacuum. This valve is usually used in conjunction with flame arresters. Production inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the standards of SY/T0511-1996 Petroleum Storage Tank Breathing Valve and API2000.
Main technical parameters
Operating pressure: Positive pressure: 980Pa (100mmH2O) Negative pressure: 295Pa (30mmH2O)
Working media: liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aromatics, aviation oil, food oil, etc.
main features
This valve has the characteristics of high ventilation, low leakage, and corrosion resistance.
This valve has anti freezing performance and is suitable for cold regions.
Note
Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.
Before the breather valve can operate normally and feed oil, the oil measuring hole must be opened first.
(This product should be regularly inspected and maintained for 3 months.)
