1. The breathing valve shell of the new all-weather petroleum storage tank is made of cast steel, which has good corrosion resistance;

2. The valve disc is made of stainless steel and F four materials, which are resistant to low temperatures and have good anti freezing performance;

3. Simple structure, easy maintenance, safe and convenient;

4. The performance of the new all-weather petroleum storage tank breathing valve has been tested and meets the requirements of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry standard SY7511.1-2010.

Applicable scope

1. The new all-weather petroleum storage tank breathing valve is suitable for storing flash points below 28 ℃. Class A oil products and flash points below 60 ℃. Class B oil products of C, such as gasoline, benzene, methyl benzene, kerosene, light diesel, crude oil, aviation oil, food oil, and chemical product storage tanks with similar properties.

2. It can be used in conjunction with new corrugated oil storage tank flame arresters and hydraulic safety valves.

Maintenance and repair

In order to ensure the safe use of the new all-weather breathing valve, it should be regularly inspected and maintained:

1. Check whether the pressure valve disc and vacuum action are flexible, and whether the contact surface of the guide rod and valve sealing ring is damaged;

When reinstalling the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc, it should be ensured that the contact surface is tight and the guide rod can be lifted and lowered flexibly;

When starting a new valve, the shock absorber of the valve disc should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.

5. Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.

6.Before the breathing valve can operate normally and feed oil, the oil measuring hole must be opened first.
