Main use:
Fire breathing manhole is a safety emergency ventilation device installed on storage tanks for petroleum, chemical and other materials. It is usually used in conjunction with a breathing valve to avoid accidents caused by sudden overpressure or vacuum inside the tank, which can damage the storage tank and cause accidents; It can also play a safety role. It is currently an ideal device for protecting the safety of storage tanks.
The product adopts an all-weather sealing structure, and the opening and closing of the suction valve disc and the pressure relief valve disc are adjusted by springs. This product has advantages such as constant pressure discharge, constant pressure suction, flexible operation and closing, compact structure, good sealing performance, safety and reliability.
Main technical parameters
1. Operating pressure Positive pressure:+1765Pa (180mmH2O) Negative pressure: -392Pa (40mmH2O)
2. Operating temperature:+60 ℃~-30 ℃
3. Scope of application: Especially suitable for arched atmospheric tanks with nitrogen capped material storage. Due to humid and sandy weather conditions, when the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for oil release. During emergency production, it is necessary to first open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.
Note: This product should be regularly inspected and maintained for 3 months.
Working principle: Under normal working conditions of the fire breathing manhole, the fire breathing manhole remains basically sealed, and the storage tank is at normal pressure. When the normal operation of the breathing valve cannot meet the sudden overpressure of the storage tank caused by unexpected reasons, the pressure relief valve of the fire breathing manhole automatically opens to perform emergency pressure relief, keeping the pressure inside the tank normal; When the pressure inside the tank drops sharply or exceeds the vacuum, the suction valve opens to rapidly suck in the atmosphere, maintaining the normal pressure inside the tank; To protect the safety of the storage tank.
