1. Characteristics

1.1. After joint testing, the performance of the gas flame arrester fully complies with the provisions of GB13347.

1.2. The structure is reasonable, and the flame retardant layer is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

1.3. The shell is made of stainless steel or cast steel material, which has strong corrosion resistance.

2. Performance

2.1. The gas flame arrester was tested 13 times continuously with subsonic flames, and each time it was able to prevent flames from passing through.

2.2. Water pressure test at 2.5Mpa.

3. Maintenance and upkeep

In order to ensure the safe use of gas flame arresters, they should be regularly inspected and maintained.

3.1. Check every six months to see if the flame retardant layer is blocked, deformed, or corroded.

3.2. The blocked flame retardant layer should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole is unobstructed, and any deformed or corroded flame retardant layer should be replaced.

3.3. When reinstalling the flame retardant layer, ensure that the joint surface is tight and there is no air leakage.
