The PTFE lined pipeline flame arrester is installed in strong acid and strong alkali special pipelines to adapt to corrosive environments with strong acid and strong alkali, as well as the needs of multiple special fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, and food. PTFE is lined inside the valve of the conventional flame arrester to isolate the medium and valve body, achieving anti-corrosion effect. It has strong functionality, small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, and simple matching. It has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, etc. This product adopts a high-temperature molding lining fluoroplastic process, coated with a layer of anti-corrosion materials such as perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), etc. It can completely cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell, ensuring the safety of pipeline transportation.

High temperature resistance - operating temperature up to 250 ℃
