What is the pressure reducing valve?

If the small direct-acting pressure reducing valve is installed inside the main valve body, it is called an internal pilot-operated pressure reducing valve; if the small direct-acting pressure reducing valve is installed outside the main valve body, it is called an external pilot-operated pressure reducing valve.
